Landmark Projects Defining Our Journey

Most recently, we have delivered some of Dubai’s most notable destinations, including Sirene by GAIA, Nahaté Dubai, Adaline, and INA, alongside iconic venues such as Cipriani, Gaia, Alaya, and Scalini.

A standout example is Sirene by GAIA, handed over in December 2024. Located on J1 Beach, this 42,000-square-foot project—designed by First Within for Fundamental Hospitality—is recognized as the world’s largest luxury beach club.

Our team managed the full scope: fit-out, bespoke furniture, joinery, landscaping, and pool construction. Bringing together indoor dining, poolside lounging, private cabanas, and coastal landscaping, the project demanded extraordinary coordination and speed of execution to align with the grand J1 Beach launch. Almost 200 of our professionals worked tirelessly to deliver a venue that embodies effortless elegance.

As our founders Ahmed and Hisham A.
